The Monthly Coaching Program, with Wellness Specialist Peggy Sealfon, consists of FOUR "live" 1-hour private sessions (the first session is usually longer). These are customized to an individual's needs and interests and may include: Quantum Breath Meditation, Integrative Relaxation, Amrit Yoga, plus supportive information on nutrition and balance for better health and well being. Each private session is supported with 4-days of coaching by email, text or phone (depending on an individual's preference). This helps reinforce the tools learned in the private sessions. These sessions can be spread over a longer period, if needed and are usually scheduled by phone, SKYPE or can be arranged in person.
