Dissolve stress with Integrative Relaxation techniques that restore, rejuvenate and improve productivity. Just 20 minutes has been shown to be equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep. It is a unique combination of alert awareness and deepest relaxation which takes you into deep states of consciousness where you have direct access to the extraordinary powers of your own intuition, creativity, health and abundance. This Yogic Sleep goes beyond wakefulness into alpha and even theta states of consciousness and stillness that activates harmony and healing. It can help reverse aging, improve performance, improve sleep, restore well being and, in some people, it generates spontaneous healing at the deepest level. The class consists of gentle warm up movements in Amrit Yoga followed by Integrative Relaxation in the Amrit Method, a guided journey into the deepest level of relaxation. You may sit in a chair or lie on a yoga mat or towel.
